Welcome to the Healthy Families Arizona Web Portal.  Healthy Families Arizona (HFAz) is a state system of home visiting support for prenatal families and families with newborns.  Services include child development information and screening, activities that offer opportunities for parents and children to play together, and linkages to the community.  Our primary goal is to support parents in becoming the best parents they can be.  There are 58 HFAz sites across the state that serve families in over 140 communities.
